2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete registration details and keep them updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may require email verification; unconfirmed accounts may be removed after 24 hours.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload, publish, or link to content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, misleading, or obscene.
• Phish, scam, deliver malware, or otherwise harm others or the platform.
• Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or manipulate analytics.
• Bypass, probe, or disrupt security, access controls, rate limits, or service availability.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Your content and licenses

• You retain ownership of the content you submit or publish.
• You grant LinkApart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service.
• You represent that you have all rights necessary to post the content and that it does not violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Plans, payments, and refunds

• Some features require a paid plan. Prices are listed in USD and may change; we will post updates on the Site.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Their terms may apply in addition to ours.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If a charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account.

6. Custom domains and tracking

• If you connect a custom domain, you must own or have rights to use it.
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any links, redirects, or embedded content you publish.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service at any time. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

8. Termination and deletion

• You may delete your account at any time. This removes your data from our active systems.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or risks to the platform or other users.
• Unverified accounts may be automatically deleted after 24 hours.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkApart disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkApart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkApart, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LinkApart operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
